This website (everydaypractice.store) is operated by OMM Commerce, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 51310589, VAT number NL002198943B11, registered at Paladijnenweg 94, 3813 HA Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before ordering.

1. Products and drops

everydaypractice releases products in limited, numbered batches ("drops"). Quantities are stated on the product page and are not restocked once sold out within a drop. We reserve the right to limit purchases to one item per person per drop.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error, in which case you will be fully refunded.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the everydaypractice name, logo, product designs, photography, and text, is owned by or licensed to OMM Commerce and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence where EU law provides for this.
